Domain Road Vineyard wines are made by Carol Bunn and her team including assistant winemakers Linda Ferrier and Guy Uttley. Carol began her association with Domain Road in the 2006 vintage. Working closely with the vineyard owners and the viticultural team is an important aspect of her winemaking philosophy. Open top fermenters and a minimalist approach to the winemaking process allows the natural characteristics of the fruit and the unique site to come forward in our wines.
