Central Otago's Domain Road Vineyard, near Bannockburn, is sited in a sheltered valley which provides a unique micro-climate, ideal for producing premium wines.
The Wine
Our Pinot Gris has been whole bunch pressed and fermented to retain a hint of sweetness in an off dry style.Pears and stonefruit dominate the bouquet, together with hints of quince. The sweet taste of pears and peaches comes through on the palate. This medium bodied wine has a good texture and fine balance.
Enjoy with seafood, white meats, salad dishes or as an aperitif.
