Central Otago Wine Tasting
30 Aug 11Domain Road Vineyard will be participating in the Central Otago Wine Tasting event being held in Dunedin in September 2011.
An extensive array of Central Otago wines will be available to taste, principally the new 2009/10 vintage Pinot Noirs and aromatics. The winemakers responsible for these delicious creations will be available to discuss their thoughts on the vintage and the wines.
The event is being held in two parts. Earlier in the day (2-5pm), those in the trade, including restaurant and cafe owners and staff, will be able to familiarise themselves with the new vintages. There will also be a Materclass from 1-2pm.
In the evening, from 6-8pm, general wine lovers are invited to sample wines they may not have come across before and to talk with winemakers and vineyard owners. Tickets for the evening event are $30 and may be purchased from Rhubarb, 477 2555, rhubarb299@xtra.co.nz.
